Fixed some .css issues for older I.E.

Found and solved an explorer .css rendering bug for this site. The pages are useable now in all browsers (ie 5,6,7 firefox and safari tested).
On IE 5 the user links might not look so pretty but atleast it works in all browsers now. And even looks good in most ;)

But still need to add the author info though...
